How can I place an order?

Choose a piece, select your metal and size, tap Add to Cart, then check out with your address and payment method. Guest checkout is supported.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer, where enabled at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we deliver within Bangladesh. Contact us for special requests.

Can I return or exchange an item?

How long does delivery take?

2–3 days in Dhaka, 3–5 days elsewhere.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is made or sourced after you order. The dispatch estimate is shown before you buy and may change; we will tell you about any delay.

Is my payment information secure?

We never store card or wallet PINs. Online payments are completed on the payment provider's own page.
